BACHELOR OF ARTS IN PHOTOGRAPHY

Berlin

We did it! Finally, after 4 years, countless photo projects and assignments, workshops in Vietnam and New York, an exchange semester in Seoul and a (much needed) break in between where we spent a semester in Tenerife, we can say that we have a Bachelor of Arts in Photography! Considering that we have been working since the beginning of our studies, it's an understatement to say that it was tough.. we often even thought about quitting, but here we are now and we couldn't be more proud of ourselves! We learned a lot in the beginning and really got the push we needed to start experimenting and most importantly, believing in ourselves!

One of my resolutions for 2018 was to start working again with models and new faces. This is something that I've been wanting to pick up for a for a while now, but between all the photography jobs and University, I wasn't really inspired to do it.. Before 2017 ended I decided that I wanted to change this for the new year! For our final University project we organised several shoots with models and this was the right time to start shooting portraits and working with models again.. and it was so much fun!

These are some of the recent images which we shot in Berlin a couple of weeks ago! It was a great start, and I can't wait to continue working with new faces this year. Now that we are finally done with Uni, our plan is to travel even more than last year and when visiting places like Paris, New York, London, etc, I want to contact models and organise spontaneous shoots. So excited about what this year will bring!

On another note, you might have noticed that I have been using a lot of frames on my images lately. I have to say this has made Instagram a lot more fun for me. I really enjoy trying out different frames and colours.

Have a great week!
